Here’s what it’s like to work with us:

Free Evaluation

When you schedule your FREE evaluation with Varsity Painters, one of our owners – Steve or Joe – will come to your home or business to work with you personally.

At Varsity Painters, we’ll never try to sell you a service that you don’t actually need. During this evaluation, Joe or Steve will work with you to decide the best approach to your painting project.

After careful evaluation, you’ll receive a firm quote – not a vague estimate. This quote will not change unless the scope of the work does, so you don’t have to worry about additional unexpected costs. 

Color Selection Process

Joe and Steve aren’t just painting experts – they also know what colors and styles work best for different projects. Throughout the planning process, they’ll work closely with you to discuss what’s trending and what will work best in your particular neighborhood. They’ll also suggest colors and styles and show you similar properties to help you visualize what you want.

Scheduling and Paint Preparation

Once you’ve approved the quote and put down your deposit, we’ll schedule your project.

FAQs

Do You Offer Any coupons or deals?

You won’t find coupons or gimmicky “flash sales” from Varsity Painters. We believe that these types of “deals” are often based on invisible markups or cut corners. Instead, you can count on Varsity Painters to give you the best price for the highest quality work – every single time.

Are your projects run by college students ?

No. At Varsity Painters, our primary goal is to provide quality services to you – not to train students. That’s why we only hire experienced, professional full-time and seasonal painters who return year after year..

All of our employees are invested in Varsity Painters and in their work on your property. Our crew will show up on time, treat your property with respect, and always have an experienced crew leader onsite so that you can be sure your project is being done right. Learn more about our team here.

Varsity came out to provide an estimate and provided excellent advice on picking colors.  We had been looking for grays and couldn't find what we wanted, the owner suggested looking at some different colors and they ended up being the ones we wanted.  Varsity did an amazing job prepping the rooms to paint, and working with us as we still needed to be able to move through the painting area to get to & from other parts of the house.  They also managed to prevent two cats from messing up the whole project.  The finished work looks amazing.  We have received numerous compliments on the change from wood trim to bright white and the colors for the walls as well.

Varsity did a great job on painting my interior. They completed the entire job in a day, which was amazing considering all the prep work they had to do. I appreciated the care they took in covering my furniture and new carpet in plastic.

Varsity Painters did a terrific job for us at Nicollet Plaza Townhomes Association in Burnsville.
The crew was pleasant, worked hard, and they did what they said they would do and more.
The feedback from the neighbors is very positive!

I'm a tough customer - very few contractors meet my expectations -

Varsity Painters did a great job cleaning the property before the paint crew started.
They caulked, filled and detailed thousands of screw heads and gaps in lap siding.
They sanded and primed tricky surfaces before coating the surfaces with Duration finish coats. 
They cleaned up, we walked the property finding only a couple minor items, and they moved on to satisfy the next customer.

I have learned that many folks do not understand the value of proper work until they have had to pay to fix the "race to the bottom" work that is common in the residential industry.  Peeling paint would be a burden on our neighborhood for the lifespan of our homes.

I hope other HOA's think long term and choose Varsity.
I am very happy with their work.
